We are looking for a Lead Backend Engineer interested in creating software and infrastructure that enables the use of collective data to fight fraud and default in LATAM and in effect enable the industry to make healthier financial products that promote financial inclusion.

If you are excited about enabling financial inclusion for underbanked populations by providing lenders with the tools required to combat fraud and default, and if you love working as a team and building tough software and infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create robust, scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure to collect, process, and serve data
• Design complete solutions based on business requirements
• Design, Create and Deliver APIs for data input and output consumption
• Set clear goals and timelines for system roadmap
• Maintain and optimize system performance for throughput, latency, and usability
• Be in frequent communication with team and customers to identify improvements valued by stakeholders of the system
• Coordinate with team to deliver reliable solutions, data, and models
• Ruthlessly prioritize tasks to minimize time to value

Responsable de la estrategia de la filial tecnológica y su relación con las empresas del grupo:

Definición de su estrategia, gestión, operación y comercialización (hacia proyectos fundación y proyectos de terceros).

Co- Responsable de la gestión tecnológica global en el grupo FD y de la propuesta de valor de servicios para la venta de grandes proyectos tecnológicos a terceros (consultoría tecnológica).

FUNCIONES:

• Responsable de desarrollo de negocio y servicio tecnológico para sus clientes internos y externos. Capacidad de negociación, empuje y estrategias comerciales enfocadas a proyectos y servicios de tecnología.
• Definición de estrategia y planes de trabajo para la filial tecnológica. Esto incluye la gestión integral de la filial, negociación con clientes, gestión de recursos & capacidad operativa, gestión del soporte y mejora continua.
• Desarrollo de proyectos tecnológico y gestión de proyectos & servicios tecnológicos en Fundacion Donde
• Capacidad de convertir el conocimiento en grandes proyectos tecnológicos FD en soluciones tecnológica para terceros en el mercado.
• Gestión y manejo de proyectos de tecnología de inicio a fin.
• Experto en Hub de Datos BI e inteligencia.
• Modelo de atribución y basado en datos.
• Proyecciones y análisis de métricas del negocio.
• Manejo y presentación de los KPIS ante Comités Directivos

You will be part of a cross functional product team delivering products into production in ever shortening cycles and helping to drive the continuous improvement of our processes, tooling and engineering practices. We welcome all talented Agile engineers from those who can sit across the whole stack, or specialist front end or back end software developers.
